Upper & Core Mini Band Workout

I am always amazed at how even the smallest resistance, like that from a mini band, could make your upper body feeling like wet noodles. THIS is that kinda workout.

It's unassuming. The moves look easy, but they're really not. When you increase the time under tension, and make your rest relatively short, your muscles are working almost non-stop. And the burn feels sooooo good!

You don't need a lot of time for this workout either. It's 24min of work, with a really great cool down and stretch session afterwards. So if you're ready to start your weekend off right, get into your Lulus, grab your equipment, and let's get to it!
