Becoming a mom shifted EVERYTHING - gone were the 90-min workouts 6days/week and massive meal prep days. I had to find a way to make short workouts effective and meals that worked with my family, while still allowing me to adapt things for my own needs. These meal plans have allowed me to do that.

I started focusing on healthy, simple meals.So, it is designed to not only heal your relationship with food but elevate your relationships, career, financial health, or any other areas of your life you are looking to elevate to another level.

I have a holistic view of the body and I work on more than just what to eat. My job is to help others take care of themselves because I understand the power and importance of a healthy lifestyle. We lead by example, by pursuing whatever healthy means to us individually.

I go deeper - we work on their relationship with food. I teach clients about piece control and how to eat anything they want and still reach their goals.
