Before I started working with Crystal I was at the point of having added the dreaded "Freshman-fifteen" for every year of studying. I didn't exercise at all and my eating habits were sub-optimal. When Crystal organized the first Fit Femme Boot Camp, I immediately decided to join. The bootcamp’s format of pre- and post-assessments, along with 8 (now 12) weeks of hardcore workouts with a group of women under Crystal’s supervision, is extremely motivating. Fast forward almost two years after I took my first WOW class. The improvements in my fitness and lifestyle are hard to describe, but I do know that what I learned both in WOW and the Fit Femme Boot Camp programs, and the people I've met there, have been instrumental in these changes.

When my friend invited me to join Crystal’s Fit Femme Boot Camp, I had several doubts concerning my participation in the program. Not being the sportiest person, I wasn't sure if I would manage to do intense outdoor training. However, thanks to the professionalism of Crystal as well as enormous support of the amazing women participating in the program, I realized that intense workouts can also bring a lot of fun, inspiration and self-satisfaction! Joining this Fit Femme Boot Camp was the best decision I made in a long time. I have always been happy with myself and the way I look, but I wanted to be healthier. My relationship with food and going to the gym was a difficult one to say the least. With her ass-kicking workouts, Crystal pushed me to my limits and beyond. Breaking that mental wall down was one of the most powerful feelings. I felt physically and mentally stronger every week, which made me help writing my thesis. Fit Femme Boot Camp is a program that helped me out of my health slump both mentally and physically. I had been trying several diets and training routines for months but Crystal’s program was just right for me. The combination of intense workouts, a specific meal plan, and the support from the other women in the group not only boosted my fitness, but my confidence as well!
I can finally run without having to stop every few minutes and I can now do one minute of push-ups on my toes instead of knees! Moreover, Crystal always managed to push you to that uncomfortable spot, to be proud of your accomplishments, and to remember that it's about “progress not perfection!” Crystal’s personal approach was also visible in how she coached us over the course of the Fit Femme IF Meal Plan. It was easy to adhere to and Crystal was always open to listening to our questions and answering them in a very professional manner. I felt I could share my concerns and indicate what worked for me regarding food, so we could figure out together how to progress. Yet, what helped me most during the course of the program was the open attitude and support I could find with the other women. On an online platform we helped each other through the rough times, but also during the workouts we pushed each other and complimented each other on our progress. When I heard that Crystal was doing a summer Boot Camp I just knew that I had to join and melt these pounds off before heading back to Brazil. One of the best parts of this process was winning her Diet Assessment & Customized Meal Plan.
