Most days are so jam packed that getting to the gym is just NOT in the cards. But if I used this as an excuse I would never get any workouts done! So home workouts are ESSENTIAL for me. And keeping them quick, challenging and using minimal rest I'm able to get a pretty damn good workout in, sans gym.
Look, I get your strapped for time. We ALL are. I also get that it's reaaaaaaally hard to get motivated to have an intense workout on your own. But don't let that keep you from staying committed to your goals. Just show up, join me, and let's do this together. I've got your back!
