When I'm pressed for time but I know I still want to get a great butt and leg workout AND my heart pumping, I turn to my dumb bells, circuits, and skipping rope. You really don't need a lot of equipment or time to sculpt your buns and to feel the burn! Take it from me, I'm sitting here writing and feeling some major DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) in this Canadian peach ;)
So when you're ready, grab a set of heavy dumb bells, a chair, water and a towel, and let's get sculpting & sweating!
