Despite what you may think, most days I do NOT feel motivated to workout 😂
But I don’t wait for motivation to arrive so I can get my butt moving 🍑
I use these 3 things to CREATE energy + motivation:
✔️ wardrobe change - getting into my Lulus makes it that much more likely I’ll workout 🏋🏻♀️
✔️ start with 5-10min - trick your brain and tell yourself all you need to do is 10min. I guarantee 9/10 you’ll end up doing way more 👊🏼
