IF YOU WAIT FOR MOTIVATION, YOU’RE GONNA KEEP ON WAITING ⏰ ⁣

Despite what you may think, most days I do NOT feel motivated to workout 😂 ⁣

But I don’t wait for motivation to arrive so I can get my butt moving 🍑 ⁣

I use these 3 things to CREATE energy + motivation:⁣

✔️ wardrobe change - getting into my Lulus makes it that much more likely I’ll workout 🏋🏻‍♀️ ⁣

✔️ pump the jam - blast the tunes that raise your vibe. Diggin a lot of @siamusic + @avamax these days 👌🏼⁣

✔️ start with 5-10min - trick your brain and tell yourself all you need to do is 10min. I guarantee 9/10 you’ll end up doing way more 👊🏼⁣
