Full Body Dumbbell HIIT Workout


I love the sculpting and toning you get from doing weights, and the heart-pumping and sweat you get from doing HIIT. So this combination is hands down one of my FAVE ways to workout efficiently when you don't have a lot of time.


This is always the rule of thumb I use with workouts:

  • use the biggest muscles

  • get the most bang for your workout buck

  • in the least amount of time.
