No-Crunch Band Core Workout
Lately I've felt like I don't have the usual time I normally have dedicated to workouts. Life got a whole lot busier once the gyms opened back up here in Montreal, and I'm still in the middle of running my group online course, The FitMama Method.
So I'm always looking for ways to either sneak in extra movement throughout my day OR squeeze in a very short (yet effective) workout when life is just bananas lol
It's really incredible what you can do with your own body weight or a few mini bands, and very little rest (ie higher intensity workouts).
This one may look easy, but trust me, your muscles will feel the fire and you may be out of breath after this 9-minute sequence.
Give it a try, either as a stand-alone workout when you've got NO time, or as a core finisher after a great full body workout.
3 moves. 50 sec work: 10 sec transition, 3 rounds straight (NO REST!)
