Quick Band Workout

As a busy mom and boss lady I've got limited time to workout these days, and taking time to get to the gym and get back eats up waaaay too much of it. Which is why quick home workouts have become a MUST for me. If I can just get 20-30 minutes of muscles working, body moving, and sweating (aka fat crying), I feel sooooo good. So good that gym workouts are becoming fewer and fewer. You really don't need a lot of equipment to get a great workout in.

For today all you need is 30 minutes, a light-to-medium resistance loop band, and a good attitude! Here's the deal:

4 rounds. 50sec work: 10 sec rest. 1 min rest between sets.

Modifications are included :)
