I don't know why it took me sooo long to get a few dumb bells at home, but I finally did, and now I'm super excited to be able to share my weight workouts with you!
TRUTH: I've been finding it super challenging to carve out 1-2 hr to head to the gym these days, so home workouts have been my only way to ensure I stay on top of things and not just continually come up with excuses why "I don't have time!". And now with some added resistance I know I can still get a great strength workout at home, in a fraction of the time.
For today's sweat sesh you'll need 1 pair of light-medium weight dumb bells and 30minutes. Modifications are included so all levels can do this. Ready...Set....GO!
