I LOVE a good hard workout. I love to sweat, I love feeling my heart pumping and muscles burning. But sometimes I wake up feeling like my body just NEEDS gentle movement like yoga, stretching or walking. And I think it's so important for us mamas to listen to that whisper our body gives us into what we need for the day.
That's why I'm sharing this workout today. If you've been feeling like you're body is just craving a little TLC and gentle movement, this one is for you! I also love to do this kinda workout on my cleanse days, since that's a day to be focused on self-care, hydration and gentle everything :)
