I normally have my workouts planned in my calendar which usually helps me stay committed to my plan. BUT sometimes life gets really hectic and #momlife throws us curve balls and derails the plans for the day. Don't give up the day yet, mama! I GOT YOU!

That's why super short & intense workouts can save the day and help you feel accomplished and successful. When I finished this workout I was dripping with sweat and pleasantly surprised by how challenging core work can be. Which I absolutely dread doing, but I know its good for me, so just Nike it, ok?
